All Security Access Levels can do anything in the access levels below them
EG: Access level 4 can do everything in 4, plus what 0,1,2 and 3 can do.
0 - Public (Not Logged it) Can view certain pages and forums.
1 - Basic Member, Can login and setup a CB Profile, post in forums, but cannot start threads in forums
2 - CB Member, Can access ranks and start threads in forums.
3 - CB Minor Contributor, Can upload screenshots and images in gallery and view members only page
4 - CB Contributor, Can post in news page
5 - CB Master Contributor, Can edit the players/stats on the ranks page
6 - Minor Moderator, Can Edit/Delete posts in forums
7 - Moderator, Can Edit/Delete posts and Delete/Move threads in forums.
8 - Master Moderator, can Edit/Delete posts, Delete/Move/Sticky and Lock threads
9 - Administrator, Has Full Admin Rights.
